Review by hotel critic
I recently stayed at Lazdana Hotel and experienced a mix of luxury and value during my visit. The room was comfortable and well-equipped with free Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV, and modern amenities. The staff was polite and helpful, providing excellent customer service. The cleanliness and housekeeping were commendable, ensuring a pleasant stay overall. However, there were some minor drawbacks. The restaurant staff seemed untrained and inefficient, leading to delays in service during breakfast. The location of the hotel in a narrow lane made it challenging for vehicles to access easily. In terms of value, Lazdana Hotel offers a decent accommodation option at a competitive price point. While it may not be a top-tier luxury hotel, it provides essential amenities and satisfactory service for budget-conscious travelers. If the hotel addresses the issues with the restaurant staff and location accessibility, it could improve the overall guest experience significantly.
